Way of Life Fitness has completely changed how I feel about fitness and working out. Before joining I had been a member of a gym for 12 months and been maybe 3 times total, but joining WOLF I now look forward to training and go 3 times a week minimum. You are encouraged to push yourself physically and to look at your overall life style. You’re given support to make simple yet beneficial changes not just in the gym but outside the gym as well, whether that’s in the amount of steps you do or the times you eat.
